Privacy Policy

For safety reasons, customers and their affiliates (including employees, agents, and guests) are strictly prohibited from entering the garage or any restricted areas of our facility.

These areas contain hazardous equipment and materials.

Entry is at your own risk, and Main Street Tires & Service is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from unauthorized access.

Customer acknowledges the inherent dangers associated with automotive services, including but not limited to injuries from tools, lifts, chemicals, and moving vehicles.

 

By engaging our services, customer voluntarily assumes all associated risks, whether on or off our premises. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Main Street Tires & Service, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses including attorney's fees arising from unauthorized access or other breaches of these terms.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to services provided under this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the customer. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Vehicles left at our facility after service completion will incur a storage fee of $55 per day.

 

Notification of vehicle readiness will be provided using the contact information on file.

 

We are not responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, or the condition of vehicle parts including but not limited to:

• hubcaps

• wheel studs

• lug nuts

• aluminum or chrome rims

• valve stems

•  oil filter housings

In the event of a legal dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tennessee state.
